Dear EHS Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to open nominations for the Emerald High School Parent Faculty Student Organization (PFSO) Board for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.
Who is eligible to run:
– Parents/guardians of current Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and incoming Freshmen
– Parents/guardians of current Seniors are not eligible
– Students are not eligible
– Individuals may not serve more than two consecutive terms in the same role (unless no other candidates are available)
Nomination process:
– Parents/guardians may self-nominate or be nominated for one position
– All nominations must be submitted via the official nomination form by the stated deadline
– Elections will be conducted via online ballot (with a printable option available on the PFSO website https://ehspfso.org/board-election-form/)
– The election committee will verify eligibility and finalize results
Elected candidates will be notified via email, and results will be shared with the community once accepted. Newly elected board members are expected to attend the final board meeting in May to support a smooth transition, with their term beginning in May.
We encourage all interested parents and guardians to consider getting involved. Your participation plays a vital role in enriching the experience for all EHS students.
